Carol H. Onate

Carol Helen Onate, age 74, of Reedsburg passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2020, with her husband by her side.  She was born on November 20, 1945, the daughter of Joseph and Adeline (Banasiak) Lempa.  On October 23, 1976, Carol was united in marriage to Thomas J. Onate.  Carol was employed with Harris Bank in Lombard, IL for several years.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Thomas; her daughter, Lisa Onate; sister, Ann and Joe “Bud” Salata and brother, Joe Lempa.

A memorial service honoring Carol  will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at the Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, with Michal Amberg officiating.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
