Cody Michael Ryczek

Cody Michael Ryczek, 18, passed away Sunday July 22, 2018, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Cody was born December 25, 1999, in Baraboo the son of Michael Thomas Ryczek and Tiffany K. Horkan Ryczek.  He graduated from Reedsburg High School this year. He was employed by PAR-CAR.

He enjoyed being with his family and friends, fishing, hunting and four wheeling.  Most of all he loved hanging out with his brother Kyle and being with his sidekick and partner in crime, his chocolate lab Busch.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother Kyle Ryczek, grandparents; Michael Thomas (Ardith) Ryczek and Edward Francis (Judy) Horkan, and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated for Cody Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 12 NOON at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, The Reverend David Carrano will be the Celebrant.  Burial will follow services at Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Friday, July 27, 2018, at Farber Funeral Home from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm., an at the church on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in his name.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of those that attended a vigil in Cody’s’ name at Reedsburg High School on Sunday evening.
