Donald J. Retzlaff

Donald J. Retzlaff, age 82, of Baraboo, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at St. Clare Hospice House. He was born on January 6, 1937 in Reedsburg, WI, the son of Wylder E. and Esther J. (Feltz) Retzlaff. He was a 1956 graduate of Webb High School. He had worked at Badger Ordnance, Stan’s Lumber Yard in Lyndon Station and the Dells Lumber Company.

Donald was preceded in death by his wife Sally; parents; a brother Philip; a sister Lois (Art) Moore and nephew Dale Moore.

He is survived by his sister Elsie Retzlaff of Reedsburg and brothers Duane and Gordon Retzlaff, both of Reedsburg and his niece Ardith Porter of Madison; and his companion Tillie Olson.

Funeral services for Donald will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, December 26, 2019 at the Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg with Chaplain Dan Farber officiating. Burial will be made in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
