Richard Scheeler Obituary

Richard A. Scheeler, age 69, of Baraboo, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. He was born on September 7, 1949 in Richland County, Wisconsin, the son of Carl and Clara (Scharf) Scheeler. He had been employed as an over the road truck driver with various employers. He was a life member of the NRA and the Outdoor Club Member. He was a former sharp shooter/trap shooter. Richard enjoyed playing cards on Wednesday nights and loved hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Doris Ewing, Betty Mead, James Scheeler and Edward Scheeler.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Stacie Scheeler; sister, Grace Whalen; nephew, Vic (Kathy) Whalen; along with many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
