Beverly E. Hasenheyer Widlak, age 78, of LaValle, WI, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at her residence. She was born in Cicero, Illinois, and grew up in Villa Park, Illinois. During that time she made eternal friends and met the love of her life, Bob Widlak. They were married on May 25, 1963, at a young age and had two daughters Jill and Sue. She raised a wonderful family and together with her husband created a successful printing business, Lakewood Printing in Addison, Illinois. This endeavor led them to purchasing a cabin on Lake Redstone and turning it into a permanent residence for the last 42 Years. Beverly, along with her husband, created a second home in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida in the wonderful community of Ocean Harbor. She enjoyed traveling and pursuing wild adventures with her husband and friends. They would motorcycle across the country and take a boat down the Mississippi to Florida. Beverly spent time with her family skiing, snowmobiling, going on pontoon rides, and playing with her grand and great-grandchildren.
Beverly lived an incredible life that was abundant with joy, love, friendship, and adventure. She knew exactly what she wanted and was full of grit.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Robert on September 16, 2013; parents, Leslie G. and LaVerne E. (Winter) Hasenheyer; and her sister, Judy Hasenheyer.
She is survived and eternally loved by her daughters, Jill (Scott) Wafle of Reedsburg, and Sue (Brian) Huey of West Chicago, Illinois; grandchildren: Amanda Huey, Darren (Shannon) Wafle, Justin Huey, Darci (Cody) Stando, Danielle (Ross) Roecker; great-grandchildren: Grady Stando, Berkley Wafle, and Archer Wafle; sister-in-law, Renee (Steven) Laske; and many nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Beverly’s life will be held from 1:00 until 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the Summit Ridge Restaurant, N795 WI Hwy 58, rural LaValle.
