Charna Lee Kilmer, age 88, of Reedsburg, WI, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Casa de Oakes surrounded by her family. She was born on July 22, 1937 in Montevideo, MN, the daughter of Lee H. and Maye (Baxley) Hamilton.

She had been employed for many years at Hankscraft.

Charnas first passion was her family, there was nothing she wouldn’t do for them. Her second passion was bowling, and loved fishing, music and dancing. 

She is survived by her children: Tim (Jackie) Winterfeld, Michelle Harms, Christi (Dean) Morris, Julie Carlson; six grandchildren, 10 great children; brothers Richard (Geri) Hamilton and James Hamilton; along with other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Charna will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Brewster’s Lanes, 121 Viking Drive in Reedsburg. Burial will take place at a later date in Mound Cemetery in Ortonville, MN.

The Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, is assisting the family.
