Clara Alice Faye McKenzie

Clara Alice Faye McKenzie, age 81, of Reedsburg, WI, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on December 22, 1938 in Opp, Alabama, the daughter of Mayfield and Ella Ree (Carroll) Dorsey. On October 7, 1958 she was united in 62 years of marriage to William McKenzie.

She is survived by her her husband William; four children: Rhonda McKenzie of Rock Springs, Linda (Jerry) Montgomery of LaValle, Sheilah (Randy) Schara of North Freedom, and Donald (Amber) McKenzie of Cazenovia; four siblings Donna Tracy, Rosemary Tracy, Kenny Dorsey, and Steve Dorsey. She was the proud grandmother of six grandchildren: Andrea, Tommie Jo, Afton, Hannah, Talon (Samantha), and Cody; and six great-grandchildren: Aryanah, Christopher, Shailyn, Dylan, Max, and Teegan.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers.

A Celebration of Life Service for Faye will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at the Reedsburg VFW Hall from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M

. She will always be known for the light and Glory she brought to those around her.
