Dana Jo Fredrickson, age 53, of Baraboo, WI, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2026. She was born on September 24, 1972 in Hillsboro, WI, the daughter of Ronald D. Ulrich Jr. and Dianne (Sieber) Ulrich.

She enjoyed collecting and making key chains, and doing many other crafts.

Dana was preceded in death by her former husband, James “Jim” B. Fredrickson in 2009.

She is survived by her sons, Chett Fredrickson of Baraboo, and Eian Ulrich of Baraboo; her mother Dianne; her sister Robin (Brian) Sterkowitz and their children Payton, Brady and Joel; brother Jacob Ulrich,  along with other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Dana will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, June 29, 2026 at the Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg with Chaplain Mike Amberg officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Burial will be in Cole Cemetery, rural Reedsburg, at a later date.
