Diane M. (Burdick) Lewis

Diane (Burdick) Lewis, age 68, of Mauston, WI, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Gunderson Lutheran Medical Center in LaCrosse. She was born on October 15, 1953 in Dodgeville, WI, the daughter of Clyde Harold and Hilda Mae (Towsley) Burdick.

Diane was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Mauston.

She was preceded in death by her parents, several siblings, and significant other, Richard Clark.

Diane is survived by her children: Angeleia Moore of Appleton, Barbara Lewis (Kristopher Marden) of Mauston, and Joshua (Heather) Clark of LaValle; grandchildren: Jonathon and Ashley Millett, Dakota LaBansky, Robert, Colton and Jarric Winders, Kaleb Marden, and Skyler McGowan; sisters: Rose (Charles) Leuth of Reedsburg, Kathleen Urness of Elk River, MN, and Gloria Howe of Dallas, TX; nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.

A graveside service for Diane will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Lindina Evergreen Cemetery, rural Mauston with Rev. Chip Wilke officiating.

The Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, is assisting the family.
