Diann L. Puhl, age 70, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 22, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born on September 2, 1952, in Mauston, WI, the daughter of Leland and Betty Lou (Weiland) Huffman.  She graduated from Wisconsin Dells High School in 1971. On May 17, 1986, Diann was united in marriage to Kurt A. Puhl at the Reedsburg United Methodist Church.  She was a former member of the Reedsburg VFW Post 1916 Auxiliary.  She enjoyed fishing and camping.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gerald “Big Foot” Huffman; and sister, Peggy in infancy.

Diann is survived by her husband, Kurt; mother-in-law, Regina Puhl; children, Heath Puhl (Rhonda Ryczek), Derek Puhl, Sara Puhl (James Cooper), Jon (Heather) Puhl; grandchildren, Alexia Van Lanen, Shae Cooper, Karson Puhl, and Kaylee Puhl; siblings, Butch Weiland, John Huffman, Larry (Terri) Huffman, David (Karis) Huffman, Pamela K. Jensen, Robert Huffman, Jeffrey Huffman (Robert Thompson); several nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Diann L. Puhl will be conducted at 6:00 PM on Friday, January 6, 2023, at the Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, with Pastor Debbie Sammons officiating.  Visitation will be held on Friday from 3:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
