Donna K. Marquardt, age 84, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at her home. She was born on December 13, 1940, in Baraboo, WI.  She spent her childhood in the Baraboo area and was a 1959 graduate of Baraboo High School.

On June 12, 1962, Donna was united in marriage to Thomas R. Marquardt. They made their home in Reedsburg and were blessed with the birth of two sons. She later was employed with The Cheese Haus in Reedsburg and Market Square Cheese in Lake Delton.

Donna took great pride in her home and was an avid gardener. Her favorite plant was Heavenly Blue Morning Glories. She enjoyed being outdoors and spending time on her back porch, feeding the birds and squirrels and many other animals that would visit her backyard food sanctuary. She was an ardent lover of cats, having owned many thru the years. Spending time with family and friends was important to her, including getting together with many of her cousins over the years. She was a passionate antique collector, spending many hours scouring garage sales and antique stores for her finds.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Eleanor Meyer. Donna is survived by her husband Tom of Reedsburg; and sons Matt Marquardt of Baraboo and Mike Marquardt of Reedsburg.

A memorial service for Donna Marquardt will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, with Pastor Roxanne Gnatzig officiating. Visitation will take place on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Private family burial will take place at a later date in the Walnut Hill Cemetery, Baraboo. Memorials may be made to the Sauk County Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
