Gene A. Rose

Gene A. Rose, age 73, of Mauston, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the Veteran’s Hospital in Tomah.  He was born on June 3, 1949, in Reedsburg, WI.  He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  He was employed as a farm hand for many years.

His father, Glen preceded him in death.

Gene is survived by his son, Eugene Rose; grandchildren, Lars, Tyrus and Davin Rose; sister, Violet; several cousins along with other relatives and friends.

A graveside service with Military Honors will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 28, 2023, in the Greenwood Cemetery, Reedsburg.
