Gerald E. Stevens, age 89, of Reedsburg, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026, at Oak Park Place in Baraboo. He was born on June 26, 1936, in Cornell, Wisconsin, the son of John and Vivian (Clark) Stevens.

Gerald was united in marriage to Arlene A. Webber, and this marriage was blessed with five children. He was later united in marriage to Sharon Becker on March 24, 1984, and they enjoyed many happy years together.

Gerald was an automotive technician and inspector for Chrysler and AMC, retiring after 36 years in the industry. He enjoyed working on cars and was also a concrete finisher on the side for many years.

Gerald was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Reedsburg. He enjoyed the simple things in life — a ride in the country, sitting on his patio with the sun shining and a breeze blowing, an occasional trip to the casino, looking through treasures at flea markets and taking short trips with his wife.

He is survived by his children, Randy Stevens, Roxanne Schwab, Lori (Randy) Winchel, Tina Stevens, and Geri Stevens; step-son, Walter Gasciogne; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his second wife, Sharon; his brothers and sisters; and his grandson, Randy Eugene Stevens II.

Funeral services for Gerald Stevens will be conducted on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 12:00 Noon at Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg, with Pastor Kris Totzke officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Reedsburg.
