Glenda Ann Horstmann, age 67, of Rock Springs, WI, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the Reedsburg Area Medical Center. She was born on March 14, 1956, in Reedsburg, the daughter of Henry W. and Anna W. (Ribbke) Horstmann. Glenda was baptized on May 13, 1956, and confirmed in March of 1970. She was a 1974 graduate of Webb High School. She had worked for Walmart in Baraboo in the Deli Department until her retirement in 2021.

Glenda enjoyed playing pool, cards and games and loved to do gardening and yard work. She truly enjoyed going out to eat with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Syvilla Rego, Anita Schepp, Herman, Roy and Carl Horstmann, Janette Ninnemann, and her niece Jeanean Schepp, and nephew Bruce Rego.

Glenda is survived by her daughter Sarah Horstmann (Mark Cockroft) of LaValle and her grandson Tristan Clark. She is also survived by her siblings, Henry (Gloria) Horstmann, Rueben (Sharon) Horstmann, Lila Shimniok, Loretta (Gerald) Henry, and Ellen Smallwood, many nieces and nephews, along with other relatives and friends.

A funeral service for Glenda will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at the Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg with Chaplain Mike Amberg officiating. Visitation will also be on Thursday, at the funeral home from 9:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be made in St. John Cemetery, Rock Springs.
