Hazel Loree Rabuck was born at 3:54 a.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at the Sauk Prairie Hospital and passed away 34 minutes later due to anencephaly. She was born to Mariah Geary and Daniel Rabuck. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Brian Rabuck. Hazel is survived by her mother, Mariah Geary; father, Daniel Rabuck; paternal grandmother, Jennifer Rabuck; maternal grandparents, Ellen Geary and Christopher Geary; brothers and sister, Sterling Huffman, Mia Rabuck, Tyeler Burdick Jr., Milo Burdick and Leon Rabuck; uncle, Devin Exner; aunts, Sierra Rabuck and Josie Schade; along with other relatives and friends. A private family service will be held at a later date. The Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, is assisting the family.
