Jeremiah “Mia” James McQuiston, age 46, of LaValle, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 5, 2025, in LaValle.

He had such a heart and passion for life.  Mia had fear of nothing. He loved hunting, fishing and climbing and was known as being a monkey. He was employed with Asbuilt Towers of LaValle.

Jeremiah is survived by his daughter, Skylar McQuiston (Lane) of Texas; grandchildren: Alaina Larson and Theodore Larson; father, Jackie “Jack” McQuiston of Nelson, WI; partner, Jennifer Rabuck of LaValle, her children: Izzy, Talon and Lilly Verthein; along with many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally Sue Sheldon; grandmother, Marjorie Jameson McQuiston.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of Jennifer Rabuck E3336 Mini Creek Road, LaValle, WI 53941 for funeral expenses.

A celebration of Jeremiah’s life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the LaValle American Legion Hall from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
