Joshua Raymond Kelsey, age 34, of Elroy, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. He was born in Reedsburg on September 3, 1988.
He was preceded in death by his father, Randy Kelsey, and grandmother, Carolyn Kelsey.
Joshua is survived by his mother, Laura Gant; brother, Kory Kelsey; grandparents, Bill and Dorothy Gant; and special friend, Karen; along with other relatives and friends.
A private family gathering for Joshua will be held at a later date.
