Kaloha Rose “Kay” (Coberley) Faulkner, age 72, of Boscobel, WI, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at the Meriter Hospital in Madison surrounded by her family. She was born on January 22, 1952 in Boscobel, the daughter of Frank C. and Geraldine V. (Snodgrass) Coberley.
Kay had been an accountant most of her working life. She also owned and operated a bar in Algoma, WI before moving to Shawano in 1997 and resuming her career as an accountant, retiring after 22 years from Jezeski Accounting in Black Creek, WI.
Kay always found sunshine in the darkest of clouds and was there for anyone who needed a shoulder to lean on. She enjoyed fishing, needlework, collecting purses, lighters and ChapStick along with spending time snuggling with her grand-dog Cooper and fur baby Bowski.
She was preceded in death by her parents, beloved Uncle Bill Coberley, her grandparents, and dear friend Lori Lanctot.
She is survived by her son, Jamie (Sarah) Faulkner of Boscobel; daughter, Kelly (Kurtis) Conley of Patch Grove; her soulmate, Larry Faulkner of Boscobel; brother Burdette (Donna) Coberley of Boscobel; granddaughters, Emily and Kaitlin Faulkner; great-grandson, Spencer; many nieces and nephews, along with special friends, Sarah Jezeski and Beau Stevens.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:00 Noon at the Tuffley Center/American Legion building at 106 ½ East Oak Street, Boscobel, WI 53805. Burial will be made in the Boscobel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Kay’s name to Ridgetop Rescue in Wauzeka, WI.
