Mary Ann Kuehn (nee Rambousek), 90, of La Valle, WI, was born to Eternal Life on December 19, 2020. She passed away in the loving presence of her family at her home on Dutch Hollow Lake, surrounded by memories made with her devoted husband Jim during their 59-year marriage. Cherished mother of Paul, Cindi (Rich) Morgan, and Mary Lou (Timm) Judas. Proud grandmother of Hannah and Max Judas, Katie (Zack) Bloom, Jason (Trish) Morgan, Rob (Suzanne Zelley) Morgan and John (Claire) Morgan. Fond great-grandmother of Molly, Robbie, Brigid, RoseEllen, Clare, Sean, River, Archie and Erin. Dear aunt to Tom (Pat) Kuehn, Karen (Carl) Kuehn, Lynda (Phil) Czarnecki, Lisa Miller, Kim (Shawn) Cox, Robin (Randy) Griffith and Chris Rambousek. Survived by her brother Gregory Rambousek.
Jim and Mary Ann lived a devout faith in the Catholic Church, and were active members at Holy Angels and various Milwaukee churches. Mary Ann was a vibrant member of her community, participating in square dances and lake activities. She was a member emeritus of the Reedsburg Area Women’s Club. With a degree from Marquette University in business, Mary Ann wrote a shopping column after she graduated, then moved on to a thriving career in sales: kitchen planning, insurance, cleaning products, vitamins and skin care. She loved to entertain friends old and new at their La Valle home. A wide array of charities and service organizations benefited from her generosity throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jim, her parents, Clarence and Helen Rambousek, her brother Robert, and her son Bobby.
A Celebration of Life Mass for Mary Ann will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church in LaValle with Father Sanctus Ibe officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the mass at the church. Burial will be made in St. Lawrence Cemetery, LaValle, WI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Autism Research Institute, 4182 Adams Avenue, San Diego, CA 92116.
