Ronald G. Klang, 68, of Cazenovia, passed away on December 4, 2024, at his residence, due to long-term complications from an ATV accident in 2016. Born on March 6, 1956, in the town of Westford, Ron was the son of Herbert and Alvina (Jasper) Klang. On September 14, 1985, he married Jean Plachetka in Germantown, Wisconsin.

Ron spent most of his life farming on the family farm, initially dairy farming and later transitioning to beef. He also worked at Allen-Bradley in Richland Center early in his career. Ron's passions included ATV-ing, snowmobiling, and socializing. He served as president of local ATV and snowmobiling clubs for several years and was involved with the Cazenovia Area Jaycees. Ron also enjoyed spending time at his cabin, traveling (having visited 49 states), and hosting picnics and parties with friends and family. Ron lived life to the fullest, and his larger-than-life personality will be deeply missed. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to neighbors and friends in need.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Duane; niece, Lisa; and nephews, Jeffrey and Douglas.

He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Jean; sister Loujean (Tim) Lindloff; sister Linda; and sister-in-law Sonya; and nephews Eric (Heather) Klang, Nick (Angie) Lindloff, Jeremy (Patricia) Lindloff, and Adam (Courtney) Lindloff.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Brenda Reisdorph, Sonya Klang, Jamie Knudtson, Rich DeVault, Denny Bauer, Mike Adelman, Chuck Denman, and Mark Schmitt for their invaluable support and assistance with Ron's care and the farm.

A Celebration of Life for Ron will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Boston’s Bah, Cazenovia, WI, from 1:00 P.M until 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials of remembrance may be made to the Cazenovia EMS, Cazenovia Private Landowners ATV Club, or a charity of choice
