Sandra Marshall Obituary

Sandra L. Marshall, age 78, of Reedsburg, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021. She was born on August 19, 1943, the daughter of Charles and Pauline (Laeseke) Lawsing.

Sandy graduated from Ithaca High School in 1961. Her hobbies included riding horseback, dancing, and fishing. She even attempted to deer hunt a time or two. She loved to have fun.

Sandy especially enjoyed the time spent with her girls, and the “sisters” weekend getaway always. You could always find her with a good book in hand, and contemplating her next Western trip.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her two brothers, Charles Hall Jr. and Thomas Lynn.

Sandra is survived by her significant other of 38 years, Gale Walker; children Jamie Marshall, Kelli (Rod) Rufenacht, and Traci (Spencer) Willkom; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters and brother, Judy Connors, Glenda Schroeder, Ken (Debbie Lent) Lawsing, and Sheri (Gary) Kershner; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Sandra will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 12 noon until 5:00 pm, at the VFW Hall in Reedsburg.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to Agrace Hospice Care for providing compassionate, and respectful care to Sandy. The ladies went above and beyond. Sandy really loved Karen, Brooke, Karla and Betty, even though at times she couldn’t express it. You gals are really angels.
