Scott R. Peterson, age 70, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Our House in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Scott was born on August 24, 1953 in Fort Atkinson, WI, to Russell and Gloria (Donery) Peterson of Austin, Texas. Scott grew up around Racine, WI, with his brothers and sister.

Scott was a loving father, brother, and friend. Scott enjoyed classic rock, traveling, prospecting, and being with the ones he loved. Dad never "stopped believing" and always "held on to that feeling."

Scott is survived by his sister Lisa Peterson; his brothers Jon Peterson and Brett Peterson of Racine, WI, his brother Barry Peterson of Austin, Texas; his children, Dustin Peterson and Trista Peterson; grandchildren; and many family and friends.

Scott was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa (Miller) Peterson, mother Gloria (Donnery) Peterson, and father Russell Peterson.
