Sharon Joan Bychinski Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother, Sharon Joan Bychinski, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the age of 77. She was surrounded by her loved ones during her final moments. Sharon was born on February 27, 1947 in Medford, Wisconsin to Raymond and Harriet (Wesle) Meyer. On July 1, 1967 she was united in marriage to Thomas L. Bychinski in Dorchester, Wisconsin. She lived a life full of love, compassion, and dedication, always putting her family and friends at the center of her heart. She worked 25 years at Gerber Inc. in Reedsburg working her way up from secretary to managing their Product Development department until she retired. After retiring from Gerber she worked 20 years at Lands’ End of Reedsburg greeting everyone who entered the building with her beautiful smile and willingness to help. As a mother, Sharon was our constant source of strength and support to her family and friends. Her kindness and unconditional love shaped the lives of all who knew her. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who adored her children but especially her grandchildren. Sharon will be forever cherished and remembered by her loving husband Thomas, daughter Tina (Eric) Sukup, son Todd (Julie) Bychinski, grandchildren Drew, Bryson, Connor, Addison, Miranda, Jamie, Brendan, Ryleigh and great granddaughter Evelyn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated for Sharon Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Reedsburg. Reverend John Bluett will be the Celebrant. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 4 pm until 7pm at Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg, and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 am until 10:45 am. Interment will be at the Calvary Cemetery following Mass. In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that donations be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in her memory. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Though she is no longer with us, the love and lessons she imparted will remain with us forever.
