Timothy "TJ" Williams

Timothy “TJ” Williams, age 66, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Agrace Hospice in Fitchburg. He was born on March 9, 1954, in Watertown, WI, the son of Robert Jackson Williams Sr., and Eileen Gladys Preston Williams. Timothy was a 1972 graduate of Webb High School in Reedsburg.

He was a man who enjoyed photography of nature, and spending his summers at Devil’s Lake. He also liked writing about life and love in his poetry and writings. TJ had a quick and witty sense of humor, and always showed acts of kindness for his home community. But most important was his love and pride of family.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; step-mother Regina Williams; brother Dennis Williams; and sisters Kathleen Williams and Janice Brueggeman.

Tim is survived by his children, Michael Jackson (Gelda) Williams of Reedsburg, and Michelle Lynn (John) Williams-Monino of Wheaton, IL; grandchildren: Jacob, Corvette, Liam and Isaac, Desiree, Kylie, Lillian, Nolan, Nicky, Allison and Janelle; brothers and sisters, Lynn Jackson-Williams of Madison, Randy Williams of Madison, Kristine Simon (Les Jokiel) of Mauston, Sharon (Kent) Sormrud of Hartland, and Robert Williams Jr. of Madison; and further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service for Tim will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at the Bass Hollow Park on County Road K north of Reedsburg. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. A luncheon will follow the service. In the event of inclement weather, it will be on Sunday, June 14, 2020.
