Timothy Lee Zuleger, born January 31, 1968, in Milwaukee, WI, unexpectedly joined his ancestors on February 18, 2025, at age 57.  Tim follows his parents, Oliver "Sonny" Brenwall and Cheryl (Grosschadle) Zuleger. 

Tim was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, where he worked as an EMT for many years before moving to and settling in Reedsburg, WI as the manager of the Woodridge Apartments.  In spite of his own life's struggles, Tim devoted his life to public service and helping others, as exemplified in his decade’s long work with the American Red Cross, Wisconsin Region, and the awards they bestowed upon him for his dedicated time and service.  Tim led a team in building a much needed homeless shelter in his community and could often be found working at food banks, various homeless shelters, soup kitchens, and anywhere he could lend a hand to help those less fortunate than himself.

Tim was an active and loved, enrolled citizen of The Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, and was proud to be learning his ancestral culture, traditions, and language, which were denied to him earlier in life.  He now rests with the ancestors as he continues his Anishinaabe journey.  

As Tim faced his own struggles with recovery, he supported mental health awareness, substance abuse and addiction recovery efforts, and encouraged others around him to get help for their life's challenges.

He is survived by wife Tracy (Sanders) Zuleger, daughter Brianna (Vixiane "Junior") Phimmady, siblings Dawn (Rob) Moneyhan, Tracy (Russell) Daines, Rick Brenwall, Peggy (Greg) Swan, Timothy Brenwall, Robin Dake, Tom Zuleger and Todd Zuleger; grandchildren, and other family and friends.

Those wishing to donate in Tim's memory, the family ask you to seek out The American Red Cross, Wisconsin Region, local homeless shelters, local mental health treatment programs, your local AA program, and other substance & addiction recovery efforts in your local community, on Tim's behalf. 

The family invites all of Tim's loved ones to join us at the Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg for a Celebration of Life service, to remember and honor Tim and his memory on Saturday, March 29, 2025.  Visitation begins at 12:00 Noon with the service beginning at 1:00 pm.  Tim's desire for cremation has been honored and he will continue to reside with his family, as his final resting place.
