Trudy F. Waldner, age 60, of Tomah, WI, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026 at the Serenity House in Tomah.

She was born on December 28, 1965 in Watertown, WI, the daughter of Raymond and Leota (Lane) Woodruff. On January 20, 1996, she was united in marriage to Steve Waldner. Family meant everything to Trudy.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister and aunt who poured her heart into caring for and supporting the people she loved most. She enjoyed running her thrift store and especially loved the relationships she built with her customers. Many who walked through the doors became friends, and she often shared encouragement and her faith with them.

Trudy loved Jesus deeply and desired for others to know His love as well.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Nancy Walters.

She is survived by her husband, Steve; daughters Ashley Waldner of Mauston and Kaitlin (Bryce) Cressman of Canada; granddaughter Arwen Cressman; sisters Bonnie Cooper, Gwen (John) Breneman, Paula Woodruff, Jill Woodruff, and Pam Ostheimer; many sisters- and brothers-in-law; along with other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Trudy will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at the Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg with Pastor Kenneth Kayhart officiating. Burial will be made in Upper Big Willow Cemetery, rural Cazenovia. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Memorials of remembrance may be made in her name. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Hannah Lord for the compassionate care she showed to Trudy and for the kindness and support she gave to the entire family during such a difficult time.
